Accessibility Statement
This statement accurately lists what has actually been built into the site so far. It has not been confirmed by a full accessibility audit — please run one before treating this as a compliance claim.

Our commitment
CARE is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, switch devices, or voice control. We're aiming to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.
What's been built in so far
- A skip-to-content link for keyboard users.
- Visible keyboard focus states on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields throughout.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
- A responsive layout that reflows down to small mobile screens without loss of content.
- A nav bar that collapses to a clear, keyboard-accessible menu rather than overflowing or hiding content on narrower screens.
What still needs confirming
- A full audit against WCAG 2.1 AA, run against the site as it exists today — this has not yet been done.
- Colour-contrast verification across all text and interactive elements.
- Screen-reader testing of the multi-step booking flow, the voice-recording features, and the video call screen specifically, since these are more complex interactions than a typical form.
- Alt text review for all photography and icons.
