LEGAL
Terms of Use
These terms describe how CARE actually operates today, based on the booking, payment, and calling flow built into this site. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer — please have qualified counsel confirm them, particularly the liability and payment sections, before treating them as final.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, applying as a consultant, or booking a session through care.imiinfinitycare.com ("CARE," "we," "us"), operated by Wish Apples Ventures Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. What CARE is — and isn't
CARE is a coordination and matching platform. We help you find and book a verified professional across counselling, assessment, recruitment, and education pathways, and we facilitate the session itself (via our calling feature) and payment. CARE is not a healthcare provider, does not diagnose any condition, and does not guarantee any outcome from a session. CARE is not an emergency or crisis-response service — if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact India's emergency number 112 or your nearest hospital, as reflected on our homepage and in our safety check.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A booking made on behalf of a child or dependant must be made by their parent or authorised guardian.
4. Accounts
Clients sign up using a mobile number verified by one-time password, along with an email address and password. Consultants apply separately and are only granted an account after CARE reviews their application and identity/qualification documents. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Booking, fees, and payment
Booking a session does not require any upfront payment. Every session includes a free period (currently the first 2 minutes) at no charge. If a session continues beyond that free period, you are billed per minute at the rate shown for that service, collected after the call ends. If a payment attempt fails, the amount owed is carried forward and included automatically in your next payment request rather than being lost or repeatedly retried without your knowledge.
A portion of each per-minute charge (currently 5%, subject to change) is retained by CARE as a platform/referral fee; the remainder is payable to the consultant who provided the session.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a confirmed booking before the session begins at no charge, since no payment is taken upfront. Once a session has started, the free-period and per-minute billing terms above apply regardless of whether the session is later cancelled or ended early.
7. Consultant obligations
Consultants applying to CARE must provide accurate identity documents (PAN card, Aadhaar card), proof of educational/professional qualification, and a reference contact, and must confirm they are 18 or older and genuinely qualified for the category they apply under. Knowingly providing false information may result in an application being rejected, an existing account being removed, and may carry legal consequences. Consultants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in line with CARE's Safeguarding Policy at all times.
8. Calling feature
Sessions take place through CARE's built-in calling feature. CARE does not currently record audio or video of any call. Both participants are expected to keep the content of a session confidential, consistent with normal professional practice.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to: impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications; attempt to bypass CARE's verification or payment systems; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or harass, threaten, or abuse another user or professional.
10. Intellectual property
The CARE name, logo, and website content belong to Wish Apples Ventures Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
CARE facilitates access to independent professionals but does not itself provide clinical, medical, legal, or psychological services, and is not liable for the advice, conduct, or outcomes of any session conducted through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARE's liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
12. Termination
CARE may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or poses a risk to other users, at our discretion.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of CARE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
